Richard met with me at my mothers home in Mumbles, to discuss what was required, i.e. lopping and removal of trees. He was utterly professional and most courteous to us. The consultation was followed by a written quotation, which we accepted and a date for the work to be done was mutually agreed. An excellent job was accomplished and everything removed and paths swept, to everyone’s satisfaction. Richard subsequently completed another larger job for me at the same address and at the exact time agreed. The work this time included, shrub removal, established trees trimmed and shrub shaping. Richard cast a “professional eye” to establish the levels and shapes required and worked with his team to complete the job, again including sweeping and tidying up after the work.
